If you have come straight to this Application Form page, please ensure that you have read our criteria and rating system before applying for an ISMS Award, otherwise we can almost guarantee that your application will fail! You may also wish to read our Top Tips pages.
You must be at least 18 years of age to apply for an Award and agree with our terms of application. Successful sites will generally be granted an Award within four weeks of application. Membership of the ISMS is not required to apply for, or be granted, an ISMS Award.
Only if your site meets the first of our basic criteria (the site deals broadly with word play, puns, humour, fun, isms) will we acknowledge, by email, receipt of your application. Sites not meeting the basic criteria will probably not be contacted. Don't waste your time, and ours, if your site doesn't meet our criteria - after all, it's only a short list to read and consider.
If your site is successful in obtaining an Award we will send you the code that will allow you to display the appropriate ISMS Award on your site.
Sites that are unsuccessful in obtaining an Award will not be contacted by the ISMS unless we have some suggestions for improving your site which, it acted upon promptly, would bring it up to the standards set by the Institution. The Chairman & Chief Executive's decision is final.
You must complete all sections of the application form for your application to be accepted for consideration. Incomplete forms will not be accepted!
